As a capstone project before graduation, my class divided into teams, created PR firms and worked with an real-world client. Our firm was "Polished." We worked with the ALS Association Louisiana-Mississippi Chapter and planned their annual Joie de Vivre gala.

In 2017, I led the Character Development Committee in planning the annual etiquette dinner. We created "Tricks of the Trade: a Professional Development Dinner." It was a casino-themed banquet with guest speaker Claire Thom speaking about dinner interview etiquette.

In 2016, the Professional Development Committee was in charge of planning the annual etiquette dinner. Our team decided to take it a step further to create "Dine Like a Professional," a business banquet.
